Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and for this reason we handle every request to the best of our ability. We hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with the goods you have 14 days, from the date of delivery of your order, to request a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees, and return and shipping costs. Refunds will also be set at the price paid and not the price in the relevant currency on the date of refund. To return or exchange items, please contact us at info@c93.it or by accessing the pannello di reso indicating your order number and specifying whether it is a return or an exchange and we will give you the instructions to proceed. For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns. Items cannot be returned or exchanged on Black Friday, discounts of 40 or 50% or more, and during special promotions.

Return of the purchased product
Send an email to inform of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or envelope. Insert the original or a copy of the receipt that accompanies the order. Close the box or envelope and secure with tape.
We recommend shipping your package within 7 days of requesting a return and requesting proof of shipping to ensure you receive your package within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 days.

Exchange
Before your package leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and verified by our packing team. If an item is classed as faulty and has been received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, so that we can offer alternatives such as repair or replacement.
